The cattle are raised on pristine pastures at our farms in South Eastern Australia and then finished for approximately 150 days using their proprietary blend of natural grains and fresh artesian mineral water to ensure the finest flavor, tenderness, marbling and nutrition.
The finger meat is located behind the shoulder and belly meat, with its rich flavor. It retains its chewy texture after being stewed for a long time.
