TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. By access to and use of the site of South Stream Seafoods Ltd (SSS), you agree to these terms. If you are unable to understand or have any questions about these Terms, please contact us. You will be required to confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms before you submit an order to South Stream Seafoods. Please note that these Terms are subject to change. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the services.
Order and Acceptance
Orders are subject to SSS’s acceptance and may be refused at SSS’s discretion, for example in cases where:
- orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided;
- there is an error on the site relating to the products that you have ordered, i.e. an error relating to the price or description of the product as displayed on the site; or
- the products that you have ordered are no longer available through the site.
After SSS receives your order, you will receive an email order confirmation of your order. If you do not receive an email, contact us before you try to place another order for the same product. You will receive the final invoice and tentative delivery schedule, which confirmed your order has been accepted.If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding SSS’s order acceptance policy, or if you consider that your order was rejected in error, please contact SSS.
SSS will have the right, at any time, to make changes to information about products displayed on the site, for example, information about prices, description or the availability of products and SSS may do so without first giving you notice of the changes. SSS will not, however, make any changes to the price, availability or description of any product after an order has been accepted.
Customer initiated order cancellations and changes
You cannot make changes to or cancel your order after your order has been processed.
Minimum Order Amount: $300 (+$55 delivery charge). Most orders over $500 have free delivery. In order to maintain a consistently high level of service, minimum order amount may be higher in some remote areas. For example: minimum order amount for Shek-O, Big Wave Bay and Po Toi O is $1,000. If you can’t be home to accept delivery and we cannot access the building or are refused entry by the building management, your goods will be returned to our office. A delivery fee will have to be paid for redelivery on our next delivery day to your area.
Check Upon Delivery
Please check the contents of your order upon delivery as it's assumed your order has been fulfilled once the invoice has been signed. As soon as SSS has delivered the product to you, you will become responsible for it and for any loss or damage to it thereafter. If you do have an issue with our products or services after delivery has been accepted, please contact SSS within 24 hours.
The product price is always the price indicated on the site when you place your order.
- By Cheque: We will collect payment at time of delivery. Cheque made payable to: South Stream Seafoods Ltd. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
- By Cash: We will collect payment at time of delivery.
- By Paypal: Through Paypal to firstname.lastname@example.org
- By Bank: Transfer to HSBC A/C no. 499-808079-838.
Please make the payment after you receive the invoice. If you're unable to make payment before or upon delivery, we'll drop off the goods with the understanding that payment will be made within 48 hours. Customers with an invoice 30 days or more in arrears or with two outstanding invoices, regardless of the age will not have orders processed until payment has been made.
Returns / Refund
Please check the contents of your order upon delivery as it's assumed your order has been fulfilled once the invoice has been signed. It seldom happened, but in case you are dissatisfied with any of our products or services, we will replace the product or refund all or part of your money after an assessment of your complaint has been done. If you have an issue with our products or services after delivery has been accepted please contact us within 24 hours.
Nothing in these Terms will exclude or limit liability to you for fraud, death or personal injury or any other liability which the law states may not be excluded or limited. SSS will not be liable to you under a contract for:
- any loss of profit, loss of income, loss of business, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill;
- any loss or corruption of or damage to data; or
- any loss or damage which was not a reasonably foreseeable result of either breach of a contract or breach of legal duty of care.
The contract for sales will be solely between you and SSS and is governed by the laws of Hong Kong. If any provision of a contract is not valid or legally enforceable, that term will be deleted and the remaining terms will not be affected.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of SSS or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of SSS, with copyright authorship for this collection by SSS, and protected by international copyright laws.
Your Membership Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. SSS reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

By creating an account at www.south-stream-seafoods.com, you are automatically a member of the reward Program and acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Program Terms and Conditions.
