A very popular fish with white flesh and a medium texture from New Zealand. Also known as Dorade Royale, Bream, Orata, Dentice and Tai Snapper. It's suited to most cooking methods and is great steamed Chinese style. This is sold as a whole cleaned fish, and it's is not filleted.
Storage : Keep Chilled at 0-4°C.
