Fresh Apricots, grown on sun-drenched New Zealand orchards, are shipped to the Anathoth kitchens where, combined with nothing more than sugar, our highly trained cooks produce a traditional apricot jam.

Whole pitted fruit is used. Please take care as you could come across the odd piece of fruit stone.
