Champagne Wine Pairing Dinner 28th March
Thank you to everyone who join the “Wine Pairing Event”, it was a huge success! We hope all of you enjoy the food and wine on that night in The Peak Lookout.
The event showcases and highlights the freshest and most delectable deliciousness from around the world, including jet-fresh Big Glory Bay King Salmon, Spanish Iberico Meat, Iowa Premium Prime Sirloin, and Wild Caught Snapper, each dish is perfectly paired with the finest Champagne Bollinger. Every guest receives one bottle of Bollinger Special Cuvee and a pack of 100g ALJOMAR iberico ham as an extra exquisite gift. A perfect end to the night.
