Wild catch Whole Pink River Trout from France.
Salmo trutta or Trout is of the same genus as Atlantic Salmon (Salmo). They originally come from North America. Their flesh is white or ivory according to the species; pink or red for Rainbow and Salmon Trouts. Medium in fat content, its flavor is delicate and tasty, similar to Salmon. It is rich in omega-3, vitamin B12, and high quality proteins.
Minimum Order : 1 Whole Fish - Gilled & Gutted (around 200-400g per piece).
Storage : Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
