Ingredients: Water, Modified Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour, Maize Starch, Sorghum Flour, Sunflower Oil, Linseed, Rice Malt, Psyllium, Besan Flour, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Fresh Yeast, Sugar, Iodised Salt, Guar Gum, Flax Fibre, Stabiliser (464), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)

Produced in a bakery handling dairy, egg and nut products however strict cleandown procedures and segregated equipment are used to minimise cross-contamination. May contain traces of sesame.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
Remark: Frozen bread is likely to soften during transit. Due to its porous nature, bread and pastry aren’t dense enough to retain the cold. Bread can be frozen and thawed several times without appreciable loss of quality if this is done in a timely manner. Take out what you need and immediately place the rest back in the freezer. Don’t allow it to soak up water in the form of melted ice crystals or you’ll get soggy bread. Don’t allow it to sit for hours outside the fridge or it may start to go moldy.
