Liberte Gluten Free Turkish Pide from Bakeworks of New Zealand.  In Turkey, local pita is called pide.

Ingredients:  Water, White Rice Flour, Modified Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Maize Starch, Sunflower Oil,  Sorghum Flour, Psyllium Husk, Apple Cider Vinegar, Rice Malt, Besan Flour, Fresh Yeast, Salt (Iodised), Guar Gum (412), Sesame Seeds, Nigella Seeds, Stabiliser (464), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)
