Frozen Phoenix Pastry - short from New Zealand. Roll at room temperature to approx 3mm thick. Spray tin and line with pastry, place filling in and cook. Egg wash for good colour. Ingredients: Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Aluminium Free Baking Powder, Vegetable Gum, Dairy Free Vegetable Margarine, Salt, Free Range Eggs, Sunflower Oil.
