Frozen NZ Vogel's Fruit & Spice Bread 720g*

Vogel's Fruit & Spice is made with carefully selected grains, plump sultanas, scrumptious currants and a dash of spice.  A wholesome favourite baked the traditional Vogel's way.

Ingredients: Water, Wheat Flour, Fruit (20%) (Sultanas, Currants), Mixed Grains (9%) (Wheat, Rye), Wheat Gluten, Canola Oil, Sugar, Skim Milk Powder, Yeast, Mixed Spice (1%), Iodised Salt, White Vinegar, Cultured Wheat.

Made on the Vogel's line that also produces products containing sesame and soy.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below.

Remark: Frozen bread is likely to soften during transit. Due to its porous nature, bread and pastry aren’t dense enough to retain the cold. Bread can be frozen and thawed several times without appreciable loss of quality if this is done in a timely manner. Take out what you need and immediately place the rest back in the freezer. Don’t allow it to soak up water in the form of melted ice crystals or you’ll get soggy bread. Don’t allow it to sit for hours outside the fridge or it may start to go moldy.
