Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions


South Stream Loyalty Program (or the “Program”) is offered by South Stream Seafoods Ltd. By joining the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.  

Start Date

Loyalty program started from 14/11/2017. Customers can enjoy the bonus points with the invoice issued from the program start date and onward.

Eligibility

By creating an account with www.south-stream-seafoods.com, you understand and acknowledge that you are automatically a member of the Loyalty Program. To register, you must provide a valid email address and basic personal information. Registration is free, and no purchase is necessary.  Members should not create multiple accounts by using alternate email addresses. 

Communications

Members who are registered in the Program agree to receive email messages with updates on their accounts as well as other promotional information from South Stream. 

How to Earn Points

1) Points are earned on purchases made with south-stream-seafoods.com. Members will earn 1 point for each $1 spent on merchandise items while enrolled in the program. 
2) Points will not be awarded for spending on delivery charge.
3) Points are earned on the net purchase amount after all discounts, promotional offers, rewards, and coupons have been applied. 
4) Points will be credited to the member’s account when the invoice for the order has been issued for delivery to take effect. 
5) In the case of goods returned, the corresponding points and "rewards/coupon" earned previously from the purchase of the returned goods will be deducted from the member’s account accordingly. 
6) Points cannot be sold or traded and are not transferable unless otherwise expressly stated. 
7) All Bonus Points will expire in twelve (12) months from the day they were earned. 

Rewards

Members can access information on Bonus Points required for specific Rewards via Redemption and the member’s Reward redemption status can be found in the member’s account in My Rewards. To use a redemption coupon, the corresponding reference code that is given in My Reward should be filled in before completing checkout. Note: (1) Minimum order amount is still required while using "Reward/Coupon". (2) Only one reference code can be used for each transaction. (3) The balance of a purchase in an amount smaller than the face value of the "Reward/Coupon" will not be credited or refunded whatsoever. 

There will be no changes, cancellation or refund to be made once a redemption request has been confirmed, nor any redeemed items can be exchanged.  

Rewards are available on a first come, first served basis while stocks last. South Stream reserves the right to offer a replacement reward in case of supply shortage.

Rewards cannot be sold or traded and are not transferable unless otherwise expressly stated. Rewards have no cash value and only one Reward can be redeemed in a single transaction. There will be no refund on any residual balance of a redemption coupon of which the face value is greater than the total amount of the purchase.  Any customer who returns goods acquired with a Reward will not receive a new Reward nor will there be a cash refund in any amount whatsoever. 

Cancellation

South Stream reserves the right to modify or cancel the South Stream Loyalty Program in its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. All accrued Bonus Points and Rewards in any affected account(s) will be valid until they are used or expired in accordance with Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, notwithstanding the cancellation of the Program.

South Stream can terminate any member’s account if the member has failed to comply with Program Terms and Conditions, e.g. signing up multiple South Stream member accounts, or has otherwise engaged in inappropriate conduct, as determined by South Stream in its sole discretion. In the case of a member’s account being terminated due to but not limited to any of the aforesaid reasons, that member will be ineligible to register for or participate in the Program in the future and all Points and Rewards will be invalidated. South Stream reserves the right to take legal action to indemnify for all claims, damages, loss and legal expenses caused by the misconduct of such a member.

South Stream reserves the right of final interpretation and application of the Program Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law. By participating in the Program, each member hereby releases South Stream from and against any and all claims, damages, loss, liabilities, and other expenses (including and without limitation, legal fees) relating to his/her participation in the Program, use of Rewards, or agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Updates and Changes

These Terms and Conditions, as well as any Program elements, may be amended, updated, changed or cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of South Stream. Continued participation in the Program after a change has taken effect constitutes the member’s agreement to the change. In the case of a member’s disagreement with any changes or amendments, the sole remedy is for the member to withdraw from participation in the Program.
