Chosen for babies as these fillets come from smallish fish
sourced from exceptionally clean seas. Small fish are less likely to absorb
heavy metals in their fatty tissue (naturally occuring or from man made
sources).
This fish is skinned and boned*. Approximately 100 gms per
package. Normally this will be one or two pieces of fish.
Turbot is a mild tasting fish. Sold by the pack
