sourced from exceptionally clean seas. Small fish are less likely to absorb
heavy metals in their fatty tissue (naturally occuring or from man made
sources).
This fish is skinned and boned. Packed
approximately 100 gms per

Sole is a mild tasting fish. Sold by the pack
