| Australian Ribeye beef. Grass fed and finished with a 120 day diet of grain for rich flavour. Ribeye steaks are ender succulent steaks cut across a whole boneless ribeye. They are round or oval shaped and are larger than Tenderloin steaks with a fine, slightly open grain and some marbling. Ribeyes can be roasted, grilled or panfried. Many chefs consider ribeyes to be the best grilling steak. Please indicate desired steak size during checkout by leaving instructions in the box. If you would like it left as one piece for roasting, let us know. By default we cut ribeye into steaks.
