Frozen Meat Guide

This is the shortest of the guides.

1. Frozen goods are all prepacked.

2. Packs are either fixed weights such as mince/bacon/prawns or are a range of weights (generally 200 - 500 gms but in some cases bigger. We will try our best to match portion sizes to your request but this is not always possible. We have limited stock to work with. We apologize if your requested size is unavailable due to previous customers orders.

3. We will do our best to try and match prepacked orders to the quantities requested. There are times when this is not possible. We can't give you a 200 gm chicken thigh if the smallest are 350 gms.

4. We do not defrost, cut and repack meat. Please - Do not request frozen lamb racks to be cut into chops. Frozen lamb legs can't be cut into cubes. Please don't ask for 500 gm packs of mince to be cut into three or whole chickens to be cut into pieces.

5. The only goods packed in 100 gm portions are Baby portioned items. Generally all packs are 200 gms or larger.

I honestly don't know the difference between an ordinary nugget and a premium nugget. Given the choice though, premium sounded better.

Made from NZ hormone free chicken this is a breaded, butterflied chicken schnitzel.

This product has been precooked.

Frozen Ingham's Flame Grilled Chicken Burgers.

Made from NZ hormone free chicken. 

Around 9 pcs of frozen patties per 1 kg bag.

These are packed as fresh items in New Zealand. Frozen while still in NZ and shipped to HK. Due to the type of packaging used there is a tendancy for some 'snow' to form in the tray holding the sausages.
